How this circus works

Three rules. The rest is fireworks.

Wish anyone.
One dollar minimum. Paste an @handle or a profile URL. The card is public the second it exists. They don't have to know you. That's the bit.

Friends stack. HP is dollars.
Anyone can add to any card. The stack climbs Common to Secret Rare. Foil and the burst get louder with the money. Rank is the total ever paid, nothing else. Friendship, with a scoreboard.

Spectacle, not a gift.
Nobody on the other side gets paid. You are funding a public animation, not sending them cash, and arguably that is even better than the cash.

Occasion picks the colors and the burst. You pay Polar first. The card only exists after the till rings. Arguably better than the cash.
